Celui-ci doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 par e-mail au KoHe (<a href=\"mailto:KoHe@bazg.admin.ch\">KoHe@bazg.admin.ch<\/a>), accompagn\u00e9 des documents n\u00e9cessaires mentionn\u00e9es au point 4 du formulaire d&rsquo;annonce.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que les annonces a posteriori sont toujours associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires.
